The RIB 33’ in its four seats configuration. Thanks to the Ring Drive system the engine compartment is reduced to a minimum, so the RIB 33’ features not only a large and protected cockpit, but a spacious cabin, optimal for carrying rescued personnel or just for the storage of equipment.
The Italian “Guardia di Finanza” has selected the RIB 33’ with an order for 35 boats for coastal patrol and for the fight against illegal immigration, each one powered by two 300 hp VM diesels to give a speed of 53 knots. |
The extended cockpit of the ‘SC’ version of the RIB 33’ was developed to meet various military special operation forces and its principal goals are: antiterrorism, undercover operations, hit and run, troop transportation and ship assault.
The deep and well protected self-bailing cockpit ensures the safe transportation of up to 12 operators or alternatively, equipment or materials. Access to the cabin is via the forward right door. |
