FB 55'

The FB 55' is a high-speed interceptor based on the superboat "La_Gran_Argentina", four times Superboat World Champion and universally acknowledged as the fastest monohull in the world.
The best qualities of the FB 55' are high-speed manoeuvrability and seaworthiness at extreme speeds. The boat can work at a speed over 60 knots in total safety in rough waters and it can reach a top speed over 70 knots or can carry a crew of 15 people for special missions.
The basic design has 6 special FB Tecno G10 electrically adjustable and dampered seats.
Engines can be Caterpillar C18, Man 1300 Hp or Isotta Fraschini 1312; 14 boats are in use with the Italian “Guardia di Finanza”.
FB 55' SC
FB 55’ SC has a very good manoeuvrability thanks to the narrow beam (with superior rough water performance), the integrated tail with good reverse penetration, the integrated tabs, the low lateral wind effect and the trim tabs. With the hardtop added to the hull there is protection for the eight seats in the cockpit. The hardtop of variable length is completely open on the sides and at the back.
